ProPsyHub Platform Work Agreement

Cooperation Terms for Specialists

In this agreement, psychologists, psychotherapists, therapists, coaches, mentors, consultants, and other professional practitioners are collectively referred to as “Specialists.” ProPsyHub helps Specialists showcase their education, qualifications, and professional experience so clients can make informed choices, and provides tools for running a practice, promoting services, and professional growth.

Our mission is to create conditions for specialists to thrive: providing technology, visibility, and a community where helping professionals can grow and work effectively.

1. Specialist Status on the Platform

  • The specialist is an independent professional who provides services to clients independently.
  • ProPsyHub provides the platform as a SaaS tool: profile, dashboard, video sessions, marketplace, blog, and analytics.
  • The platform is not an employer and is not responsible for the specialist's professional decisions.
  • The specialist independently sets prices, schedules, and work formats.

2. Professional Ethics Standards

  • The specialist commits to working within the professional standards of their field (psychology, coaching, consulting).
  • Client confidentiality is an absolute priority. Client data is not shared with third parties.
  • The specialist operates within their qualifications and refers clients to other specialists when necessary.
  • All advertising and service descriptions must be honest and not mislead clients.

3. Platform Use Terms

  • The specialist commits to keeping their profile and education documents up to date.
  • All sessions are conducted using platform tools to ensure data security.
  • Membership plans, commissions on paid operations, and an affiliate program may apply; specific rates and conditions are governed by the current Membership terms at /Membership accepted by the professional.
  • Bank, transfer, acquiring, Stripe and other payment-provider fees are not included in ProPsyHub commission and are not absorbed by the platform.
  • The specialist agrees to the session cancellation and rescheduling rules established by the platform.
  • Redirecting platform clients to external resources bypassing the payment system is prohibited.

4. Specialist Development Support

  • ProPsyHub provides access to analytics, supervision, and professional development tools.
  • Specialists can use the marketplace to monetize their knowledge through courses and materials.
  • The platform supports specialists in attracting clients through SEO, ratings, and recommendations.
  • If professional difficulties arise, the specialist can contact ProPsyHub support.

5. Data Protection and Security

  • All session data is stored encrypted and accessible only to session participants.
  • The platform operates in accordance with GDPR standards and data protection requirements.
  • The specialist is responsible for the security of their platform account credentials.
  • If a data breach is suspected, the specialist must immediately notify support.

6. Termination of Cooperation

  • The specialist may stop using the platform at any time with 30 days' notice.
  • If ethical standards or agreement terms are violated, the account may be suspended.
  • After cooperation ends, specialist data is stored for 12 months per applicable law.
  • Ongoing sessions and client obligations must be completed before termination.
